Assistant Sales Manager

About the role

TRIEX is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join its on‑site team in Faisalabad. You will support the sales function by helping to achieve targets, shaping strategies and nurturing customer relationships within the renewable‑energy market.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new sales leads.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Maintain deep product knowledge of off‑grid and hybrid inverters and lithium‑ion battery systems.
• Manage customer relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, strategic planning and business development.
• Strong customer relationship management and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in market research, data analysis and report preparation.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with solid problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in the renewable energy or technology sector is a strong advantage.
