Assistant Store Manager – Retail Leadership

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join the team at Safa Mall in Islamabad. In this role you will support the Store Manager in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact in the Store Manager’s absence, overseeing all store functions.
• Implement sales strategies, analyze performance data and drive revenue growth.
• Coach, mentor and motivate team members, fostering a positive and inclusive store culture.
• Ensure daily operations run efficiently, upholding brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, creating a welcoming shopping environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of retail leadership experience with a proven track record in coaching and training.
• Demonstrates discretion, professional judgment, tact and diplomacy.
• Collaborative role model who aligns with Levi’s values of originality, integrity and empathy.
• Ability to follow store policies, procedures and directives.
