Client Relations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Client Relations Specialist to join our Lahore office. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with our building‑materials portfolio is exceptional.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Communicate product offerings and updates clearly to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align service delivery with client expectations.
• Represent the company’s interests while advocating for client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proven experience in client relations or customer support, preferably in the building‑materials or related sector.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
