Associate Area Manager

About the role

The Associate Area Manager will lead vendor onboarding and support for foodpanda in Sialkot. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure a smooth vendor journey and drive commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings with vendors, deliver tailored onboarding training and resolve vendor issues.
• Onboard shops and restaurants across the city, maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Supply, Live Operations, Sales, Account Management and Content teams to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Research accounts, identify decision‑makers and generate interest in foodpanda.
• Oversee newly onboarded vendors, driving operational excellence and commercial performance.
• Develop vendors post‑acquisition, supporting their incubation and growth.
• Visit field locations daily to ensure proper onboarding of targeted shops.
• Bring remaining strategic brands onto the foodpanda portal, ensuring no category is missed.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in e‑commerce or FMCG sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Based in Sialkot.
