Associate Business Director

About the role

WPP Media is seeking an Associate Business Director to lead client relationships and strategic account planning across multiple disciplines. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders and internal teams to shape integrated communication solutions that drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deepen relationships with key clients and partners.
• Lead strategic account planning and develop integrated communication strategies.
• Identify growth opportunities and translate business objectives into actionable media plans.
• Oversee execution of plans to ensure alignment with client goals and quality standards.
• Conduct client meetings, business reviews and performance analyses.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing senior client relationships within media or marketing agencies.
• Strong understanding of integrated communication, media planning and data‑driven insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
