Associate Content Creator – Digital Marketing & Employer Branding

About the role

TechnoCares is hiring a creative, energetic and highly motivated fresh graduate to own its digital content creation and employer-branding work. The role suits people who enjoy making videos, capturing meaningful moments, telling stories and turning ideas into engaging professional content. It is based on site in Model Town, Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and prepare content for LinkedIn and other approved social media channels.
• Record employee interviews, office activities, technology demonstrations and company events.
• Edit professional short-form videos, reels and corporate highlights.
• Design social media graphics, carousels and recruitment posts.
• Write captions, scripts and professional content.
• Coordinate with HR, technical teams and management to collect content.
• Maintain the monthly content calendar and prepare content for management approval.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements.
• Use modern AI tools to speed up creative production.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, Film & Television, Visual Communication or a related field; fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Good English writing and communication skills.
• Strong creativity, ownership and willingness to learn.
• Interest in software technology, artificial intelligence and professional storytelling.
• A university project, personal content page, video portfolio or creative sample is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Canva and at least one video-editing tool.
• Ability to use AI tools to support creative production.
