Content Creator & Social Media Handler

About the role

NeXskill – Be Productive, a presidential award-winning IT training institute in Pakistan founded in 2018, is hiring a full-time, on-site Content Creator & Social Media Handler based in the Lahore District. The role covers planning, creating and publishing digital content across social media and online channels that reflects the institute's brand, its programmes and its success stories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop content calendars and write posts and captions.
• Create short-form videos and graphics in coordination with the design team, and optimise content for reach and engagement.
• Monitor platform analytics and respond to audience comments and messages.
• Coordinate social media campaigns for training programmes, events and partnerships.
• Work with marketing and training teams to keep messaging consistent and promote courses on time.

Required profile

• Strong content creation skills, including writing clear, engaging copy for social media, blogs and promotional material.
• Social media management skills, covering multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
• Digital marketing knowledge, including social media algorithms, basic SEO, hashtag strategy and performance tracking.
• Research and storytelling ability to present student success stories and case studies.
• Excellent written and verbal English, with attention to tone and style.

Required skills

• Basic design and multimedia skills, such as social media graphics and short video clips.
• Tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
