Associate General Manager – Restaurant Operations

About the role

QME Co is seeking an experienced Associate General Manager to lead the operational performance of its restaurant portfolio in Karachi. This senior leadership position oversees multiple outlets, ensuring excellence in guest experience, financial results, people development, and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of all Karachi outlets, enforcing SOPs and brand standards.
• Drive food quality, service, hygiene, maintenance, and overall guest satisfaction.
• Achieve sales and budget targets while monitoring KPIs to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Recruit, coach, and develop outlet management teams, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company policies through regular audits.
• Oversee inventory control, waste reduction, stock accuracy, and preventive maintenance of assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 8–10 years of restaurant or hospitality experience.
• At least 3 years managing multiple restaurant outlets or a large‑scale hospitality operation.
• Strong commercial, financial and operational management skills.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and deliver consistent operational excellence.
