Associate HR Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Associate HR Business Partner to join our HR team. In this role you will align HR strategies with business objectives, support talent management, and help create a positive work environment. You will work closely with managers and employees to drive morale, productivity and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with management and staff to improve relationships, morale and retention.
• Provide HR policy guidance, interpret regulations and ensure compliance.
• Develop and refine processes for promotions, transfers and workforce planning.
• Support business unit restructuring, succession planning and identify training needs.
• Offer day‑to‑day performance‑management coaching, counseling and disciplinary guidance.
• Participate in the evaluation, monitoring and follow‑up of training programs.
• Lead Workday adoption and enhancement across the organization.
• Conduct weekly business‑unit meetings and provide HR advice to line managers.
• Analyze HR trends and metrics to design solutions, programs and policies.
• Manage complex employee‑relations issues and conduct thorough investigations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of legal requirements and collaborate with legal as needed.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, retention, performance management, succession planning, compensation, analytics, rewards and recognition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0–1 years of HR experience or internship.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and labour laws.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to work on‑site in a hybrid schedule.
