Associate HR Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Associate HR Business Partner to join our HR team. In this role you will help align HR initiatives with business goals, support employee relations, and contribute to talent management and organizational development.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business and department leaders to understand HR needs.
• Assist in implementing HR strategies that support overall business objectives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues for managers and staff.
• Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and recommend improvements.
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Support performance appraisal processes with tools and resources.
• Assist training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation for compliance.
• Promote a positive organizational culture and employee well‑being.
• Help manage change communications and address employee concerns.
• Participate in HR projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0‑1 year of HR experience or internship.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and detail‑oriented.
