Associate – Learning & Development

About the role

We are looking for an Associate in Learning & Development to help boost employee skills through the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs. You will work closely with subject‑matter experts and the L&D team to create a culture of continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing and developing engaging training materials and programs for diverse learning styles.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to identify training needs and content requirements.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring a positive learning environment.
• Support onboarding by providing new hires with essential training and resources.
• Analyze training metrics and recommend improvements based on data insights.
• Maintain and update the LMS, helping employees navigate and access resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development or a related field.
• 0‑1 year of experience in learning and development or a related area.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
