About the role

The Associate Manager – Reporting – FP&A will oversee the financial health of the organization, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and data‑driven decision‑making. This role combines operational oversight with strategic financial analysis to support senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decisions.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of financial policies and procedures.
• Lead month‑end and year‑end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting and reporting functions.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements and various management reports.
• Finalize the Controller’s letter on monthly business performance.
• Support cost‑center and profit‑center budgeting and hierarchy management.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain profitability analysis and SAP material master fields.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: ACCA, CIMA, or MBA.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience, including preparation of management and financial accounts and leading monthly/annual closings.
• In‑depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in SAP FICO.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
