Associate, Payment Operations – Remittances Center

About the role

The Associate, Payment Operations will work within the Remittances Center to process both inbound and outbound remittance transactions. The role focuses on delivering value‑added services while ensuring compliance with established turnaround times and operating procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Process inbound (inward) remittance transactions in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Process outbound (outward) remittance transactions while adhering to defined turnaround times.
• Provide value‑added services to customers throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and report any deviations or issues that could affect transaction quality or timeliness.
