Associate Professor – Project Management

About the role

Riphah International University seeks an experienced Associate Professor to lead teaching, research, and curriculum development in Project Management. The successful candidate will join a vibrant academic community, contributing to high‑quality instruction and scholarly output.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and continuously update lectures and seminars on core and emerging project management topics.
• Develop and revise curriculum to align with industry standards and academic best practices.
• Conduct rigorous research, publish in HEC‑approved journals, and secure external funding.
• Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate theses, dissertations, and applied research projects.
• Mentor junior faculty and students, fostering research skills and professional growth.
• Participate in accreditation, quality assurance, and curriculum committee activities.
• Establish and nurture collaborations with industry partners for internships and joint research.

Required profile

• PhD in Project Management or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of academic experience at the university level.
• Demonstrated record of scholarly publications and research supervision.
• Strong understanding of project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Ability to engage with external stakeholders and contribute to departmental excellence.
