Associate Software Engineer - Open Stack

About the role

Devsinc is looking for passionate Associate Software Engineers to join its team in Lahore. The role suits fresh graduates or people with up to 6 months of experience who want to learn and contribute to real-world projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimize web and mobile applications across multiple stacks.
• Apply core CS concepts such as OOP, data structures, algorithms and design patterns to build scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement and improve features.
• Write clean, efficient and reusable code following best practices.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
• Debug, troubleshoot and optimize system performance and code efficiency.
• Take part in code reviews and give constructive feedback.
• Keep learning and adopting new technologies to improve product quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with good logical thinking.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of OOP, data structures and algorithms.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with software development best practices.
• Preferred exposure to Node.js, React.js, MERN stack, Nest.js and Next.js.
