Associate Software Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

TechnoCares is seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates to join as Associate Software Quality Assurance Engineers. You will work on functional, regression, and exploratory testing across web, mobile, and API applications while learning business workflows in automotive, insurance, and ERP domains.

Key responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects.
• Test web, mobile, and API‑based applications.
• Learn business workflows in automotive, insurance, and ERP domains.
• Explore QA automation, AI agents, and intelligent testing tools.

Required profile

• Completed BS (Hons.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical thinking and exceptional learning ability.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of SDLC and software testing concepts.
• Familiarity with automation tools, API testing, or AI testing agents is a strong plus.
