Associate Systems Engineer - Windows/Linux/Database/Virtualization

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our Infrastructure & Application Support team. You will gain hands‑on experience supporting enterprise environments across Windows, Linux/Unix, VMware, Oracle, SQL Server, and IIS platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L1 technical support for Windows and/or Linux/Unix servers.
• Monitor system health, performance, and availability.
• Assist in managing VMware virtual machines and underlying infrastructure.
• Support Oracle and/or SQL Server databases, including basic troubleshooting and monitoring.
• Administer IIS web servers and hosted applications.
• Perform routine system checks, backups, patching, and updates.
• Troubleshoot incidents and escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and incident logs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure system uptime and stability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–1+ year of internship or professional experience in IT infrastructure or support.
• Basic knowledge in at least one of the following tracks: Windows Server + VMware, Linux/Unix + Oracle, Windows Server + SQL Server + IIS.
• Understanding of operating systems, networking fundamentals, and server concepts.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
