Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Associate Talent Acquisition professional to support our recruitment efforts. You will work closely with hiring managers to source, screen, and select top‑tier candidates while helping to build a diverse talent pipeline that aligns with our culture and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Review applications and resumes to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and feedback in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Develop and nurture relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers for holistic evaluation and informed hiring decisions.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in the hiring process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work onsite during US business hours.
• Global Talent Acquisition exposure and O/A Levels are a plus.
