Associate – Talent Enablement (Workday HRIS)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Associate – Talent Enablement to support daily Workday operations and HR system processes. You will work closely with HR teams, managers and employees to maintain accurate employee records, process lifecycle transactions and ensure smooth workflow execution.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee data, process hires, transfers, promotions and other lifecycle transactions in Workday.
• Manage Workday business process tasks, including initiation, monitoring, reassignment and resolution of workflow items.
• Support user access requests, account activation and profile updates.
• Perform regular data audits, identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with HR policies.
• Assist with testing during system updates, enhancements and process changes.
• Create and maintain documentation, user guides and SOPs for Workday activities.
• Generate reports and provide data analysis to support HR decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify automation and process‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with good verbal and written communication skills.
