Associate - Talent Enablement (Workday HRIS)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Associate to support Workday operations and HR system processes. You will manage day‑to‑day Workday activities, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure smooth execution of HR workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily Workday operations, including employee data maintenance and business process transactions.
• Process employee lifecycle transactions such as hires, transfers, promotions, and record updates.
• Manage Workday workflow tasks, troubleshoot failed transactions, and resolve system‑related requests.
• Assist with user access requests, account activation, and profile updates.
• Perform regular data audits, generate reports, and support HR decision‑making.
• Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and SOPs for Workday activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0‑1 year of experience in HR operations or similar roles.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and proactive problem‑solving mindset.
