Associate User Acquisition Manager

About the role

A data-driven and analytical Associate User Acquisition (UA) Manager is sought to support the growth and performance of a mobile gaming portfolio. The role suits someone interested in performance marketing, user acquisition and App Store Optimization (ASO). The position is based in Gulberg 2, Lahore, with working hours of 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and optimize user acquisition campaigns for mobile games.
• Analyze campaign performance using metrics such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention and LTV.
• Support App Store Optimization (ASO) initiatives to improve app visibility and organic downloads.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and user behavior assessments.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and marketing ROI.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to test and optimize advertising strategies.
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant academic backgrounds and strong analytical abilities are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and research skills.
• Understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing and data analysis.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, mobile attribution platforms or ASO tools is an advantage.
