Associate, Visible Alpha Client Support

About the role

The Visible Alpha Client Support team at S&P Global is expanding rapidly and seeks an Associate to provide high‑quality assistance to investment professionals using the Visible Alpha and Capital IQ Pro platforms. This role offers exposure to a diverse client base across investment banks, hedge funds, private equity firms, insurers, corporates and asset managers, delivering a steep learning curve in financial data and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Become a domain, product, and workflow expert to investigate and resolve data and application issues.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders to address questions across all Visible Alpha products.
• Escalate technical, product, and data problems to the appropriate departments with detailed information.
• Create and maintain internal knowledge‑base articles to improve self‑service and team efficiency.
• Provide feedback to Product and Development teams to help build scalable client solutions.
• Work night shifts (9 PM – 6 AM) to support the global client base and attend the office at least two days per week.

Required profile

• Fundamental understanding of global financial markets and company financial statements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
