Associate - Workload Assessment

About the role

PwC is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Associate in its Assurance line of service to support the firm's workload assessment. The role calls for strong analytical skills, excellent command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to coordinate with personnel across different teams and grades.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in firm-wide workload assessment.
• Develop dashboards, presentations and reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Collect and consolidate information from various teams and stakeholders.
• Perform data analysis to support decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of reports and presentations.
• Coordinate with managers and partners on staffing and workload matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized university, or ACCA part-qualified or ACCA qualified.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS and logical formulas, data analysis and reporting, dashboard preparation.
• Microsoft PowerPoint for presenting.
