Autodesk Revit Technician – Architectural BIM Modeling

About the role

CCC Architects is looking for an experienced Autodesk Revit Technician to join our dynamic team. You will play a key part in creating accurate BIM models and construction documents for a variety of architectural projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop precise architectural BIM models and construction drawings using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare detailed plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and full construction documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to coordinate BIM models throughout all project phases.
• Update and maintain Revit models, ensuring compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and company quality procedures.
• Identify and resolve design coordination and modeling issues, incorporate design revisions, and keep project documentation organized.
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in architectural drafting and BIM modeling.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction documentation, and BIM workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
