AWS Architect – Afternoon Shift

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AWS Architect to lead large‑scale on‑premise‑to‑cloud migration projects for our clients. The role operates on an afternoon shift and involves designing secure, scalable architectures while collaborating with business leaders and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap and implement complex, scalable, and secure AWS architectures across multiple projects.
• Lead architecture reviews to ensure solutions meet functional and non‑functional requirements such as performance, security, and maintainability.
• Advise on strategic integration of AI/GenAI technologies to enhance system capabilities.
• Collaborate with business leaders and clients to align technology strategy with business objectives.
• Oversee execution of technical designs, enforcing best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud infrastructure.
• Act as a thought leader, identifying emerging trends (AI/GenAI, microservices) and recommending their application.
• Engage with clients in high‑level discussions, providing architectural guidance and ensuring technical alignment.
• Mentor architects and development teams to foster engineering excellence.

Required profile

• 8–12+ years of experience in cloud architecture and large‑scale migration initiatives.
• Proven track record of leading end‑to‑end migration strategies for enterprise environments.
• Strong consulting mindset with ability to translate complex architectures into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication skills for client engagement and cross‑functional collaboration.
