B2B Lead Generation Expert

About the role

Techloset Solutions is looking for a B2B Lead Generation Expert with a strong background in outbound growth and LinkedIn outreach. The role involves identifying decision-makers, building targeted prospect lists, crafting outreach and moving leads through the pipeline until a closed deal. You will sell Techloset's AI-driven solutions to businesses needing custom AI development for their operations. The position is full-time and on-site in Faisalabad.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage targeted prospect lists of high-potential leads interested in AI solutions
• Run outbound outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email
• Find, reach and follow up with prospects using tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, Instantly, Lemlist or HubSpot
• Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
• Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to closed deal
• Refine outreach messaging based on performance and conversion data
• Report on pipeline activity, conversion rates and revenue growth

Required profile

• 2-3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, outbound sales or business development
• Strong written communication and persuasion skills in English
• Experience in AI, SaaS or tech is a plus
• Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable owning the full outreach cycle

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Familiarity with prospecting and outreach tools such as Apollo, Hunter, Instantly, Lemlist or HubSpot
