Sales Executive - Steel Products

About the role

Aziz Industries, a manufacturer of Grade 60 steel bars and steel billets established in 1984, is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Executive in Faisalabad. The role manages existing client relationships, identifies new business opportunities and promotes the company's steel products to construction firms, distributors and industrial customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Promote steel products to construction firms, distributors and industrial customers.
• Conduct sales visits, prepare and deliver proposals and quotations, and negotiate pricing and contract terms under guidance.
• Follow up on leads to close deals.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely deliveries, track orders and maintain accurate sales records.
• Monitor market trends, gather customer feedback and help with basic sales reporting and forecasting.

Required profile

• Demonstrated sales skills in B2B or industrial products, including prospecting, relationship building and negotiation.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of steel or construction materials, or willingness to learn product specifications and industry standards.
• Ability to manage time, prioritise multiple accounts and keep sales documentation organised.
• Comfortable using email, spreadsheets and CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in industrial, construction or manufacturing sales in Faisalabad or nearby regions is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work on-site in a production-oriented environment.
