About the role

We are seeking a B2B Marketing Representative to drive lead generation and client acquisition for our construction estimation services. The role focuses on reaching US contractors, subcontractors, and construction firms through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads within the US construction industry.
• Conduct cold calls to contractors and construction companies.
• Convert qualified leads into active business opportunities.
• Manage LinkedIn outreach and email marketing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM/database and schedule client meetings.
• Present company services and build long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cold calling and B2B sales for a construction estimation or related service.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work during US business hours.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and target‑oriented.
