B2B Onsite Sales Executive - International Campaign

About the role

Xfer Solutions is hiring confident, ambitious and results-driven Sales Executives for its international sales campaign. The position is onsite in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi, on a night shift (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM). Candidates must be able to handle sales conversations independently, engage US-based business owners, identify their needs, present solutions, overcome objections and close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US-based businesses and connect with business owners and decision-makers.
• Present and promote business services.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Handle objections and negotiate effectively.
• Convert prospects into confirmed sales.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales records.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Previous international sales or B2B sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Strong results-oriented mindset.

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Confidence in handling sales conversations.
