Business Development Manager - Corporate Partnerships

About the role

SehatYab is hiring a Business Development Manager to expand its corporate partnerships and introduce its employee mental wellness and counselling services to organisations. The role is contract-based, part-time or full-time, with a hybrid work model combining office and remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Develop corporate partnerships and generate B2B leads.
• Leverage existing relationships with corporate HR teams and decision-makers.
• Pitch SehatYab's corporate wellness and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) solutions.
• Build long-term relationships and turn opportunities into business partnerships.

Required profile

• Experience in B2B sales, business development or corporate relationship management.
• A strong existing network among corporate HR professionals is essential.
• Experience in health insurance, insurance brokerage or employee benefits is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills.
