B2B Recruiter - International (Remote)

About the role

A fully remote, full-time B2B Recruiter position is open to candidates located outside the United States. The role focuses on building relationships with businesses and law firms that want to hire qualified international professionals for remote positions. The ideal candidate is confident talking to business owners and decision-makers, comfortable with outbound sales and recruiting, and motivated by long-term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential business clients that could benefit from international staffing solutions.
• Conduct outbound outreach by email, phone, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Build relationships with business owners, hiring managers and decision-makers.
• Explain recruiting and staffing services and identify potential hiring needs.
• Schedule meetings and consultations with qualified prospects and follow up consistently.
• Maintain accurate lead and client information in recruiting or CRM systems.
• Communicate client hiring needs to the recruiting team and coordinate with internal recruiters so candidates match client requirements.
• Track outreach, conversations, meetings and results, meet activity and performance goals, and develop strategies to generate new business.

Required profile

• Previous experience in B2B recruiting, sales, business development, staffing or a similar role preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English; confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
• Comfortable with cold calling, cold emailing and other outbound prospecting.
• Strong relationship-building, follow-up, organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.
• Must be located outside the United States.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience selling recruiting or staffing services.
• Experience with U.S.-based businesses or law firms, and with LinkedIn prospecting and lead generation.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and experience meeting or exceeding sales or recruiting KPIs.
• Recruiting international professionals is a plus.
