B2B Sales / BD Executive - Full-Cycle Sales & Proven Deal Closing

About the role

Dive Design Services - FZCO, a Dubai‑based creative and digital agency, is seeking an experienced B2B Sales / Business Development Executive to independently acquire and close client accounts. This full‑cycle sales position focuses on generating new business for a range of services including branding, packaging, UI/UX, web development, 3D visualization, animation, and digital marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify qualified B2B prospects and decision‑makers.
• Generate opportunities through LinkedIn, cold email, cold calling, Upwork, referrals, networking and other outbound channels.
• Qualify prospects, conduct discovery calls and sales meetings.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate Dive Design services.
• Present portfolio, prepare proposals, handle follow‑ups and objections.
• Negotiate pricing, scope and commercial terms.
• Close B2B deals and maintain an organized pipeline.
• Report sales progress and build long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of professional B2B sales or business development experience.
• Proven track record of personally closing B2B deals.
• Full‑cycle sales expertise: prospecting, outreach, qualification, meetings, proposals, negotiation and closing.
• Strong negotiation, objection handling and closing abilities.
• Ability to provide measurable examples of closed deals, revenue or quota achievement.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• International B2B sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling creative, branding, web, UI/UX, digital marketing, packaging, 3D/animation, software, SaaS or IT services is a plus.
