B2B Sales Representative (USA Market)

About the role

Healthrix US is seeking an experienced Senior Tele Sales Representative to drive B2B sales in the United States market. The role involves outbound calling, lead generation, and relationship building with wholesale customers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective B2B clients.
• Generate, qualify, and develop new business leads.
• Promote company products and services to wholesale customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Achieve sales targets through timely follow‑ups and negotiations.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide professional support.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and daily call reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in the US market.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a neutral English accent.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
• Consistent achievement of lead generation and sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Positive, professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
