Barista – Coffee Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Barista to join our team at Nisa Sultan Turkish Cuisine. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of coffee and specialty drinks while delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑paced café environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare espresso‑based drinks such as cappuccino, latte, and other specialty beverages.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and equipment.
• Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines for all drinks.
• Assist in serving food items such as pastries and sandwiches.
• Ensure quick and friendly service to provide an excellent customer experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar coffee‑service role.
• Strong focus on quality and consistency in beverage preparation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
