Bidding Specialist – Upwork / Fiverr / Freelance Platforms

About the role

We are looking for a Bidding Specialist to manage and submit proposals on major freelance platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer and PeoplePerHour. The role focuses on generating high‑quality leads, converting them into projects, and supporting our rapid expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify suitable projects on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour and similar sites.
• Craft compelling proposals and maintain strong freelancer profiles.
• Generate and qualify leads, then convert them into confirmed contracts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations.
• Track performance metrics and continuously improve bidding strategies.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience bidding on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour or comparable platforms.
• Strong proposal writing and profile management abilities.
• Target‑oriented mindset with the capacity to handle multiple bidding channels simultaneously.
• Experience in client communication, lead hunting and sales coordination.
• Preference for candidates familiar with AI, software, digital services, marketing or tech‑related projects.
