BIM Modeler – Contract Position

About the role

We are seeking a contract BIM Modeler to create and implement Building Information Models for a variety of architecture, MEP, and construction documentation projects. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver precise 3D models that meet international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop accurate 3D BIM models for architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Produce and manage construction documentation within the BIM environment.
• Coordinate model information with multidisciplinary and remote teams.
• Ensure all models comply with project standards and international BIM norms.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) with prior experience as a Modeler.
• Understanding of architectural principles and MEP systems.
• Ability to produce and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with remote teams.
• Familiarity with international BIM standards and coordination best practices.
• Experience with infrastructure or complex building systems is preferred.
• Degree or certification in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
