Planning Engineer – Infrastructure & Real Estate

About the role

Grand City is seeking a motivated Planning Engineer to lead infrastructure and real‑estate projects in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from feasibility studies to final delivery, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor large‑scale infrastructure development projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments to align project activities.
• Prepare and review project plans, schedules, BOQs, and technical drawings.
• Ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and safety standards.
• Track progress, report deviations, and support senior management in decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• PEC registration is mandatory.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience with a reputable organization on infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in planning and development activities.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder‑management skills.
