Biostatistician (Evening Shift)

About the role

Minerva is seeking an experienced Biostatistician to support clinical research projects through statistical analysis, data interpretation, and research reporting. The role works on‑site during the evening shift and collaborates with multiple functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze clinical research data using appropriate statistical methods and support study design.
• Perform sample size and power calculations, develop and review Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs), and conduct statistical analyses.
• Prepare statistical tables, graphs, and reports, and support the preparation of Clinical Study Reports and publications.
• Review data for errors, trends, and inconsistencies, and ensure compliance with protocols, SOPs, and clinical research standards.
• Collaborate closely with Clinical Operations, Data Management, Regulatory, QA, and other teams, communicating findings to both statistical and non‑statistical audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics, Epidemiology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in biostatistics, clinical research, pharmaceutical, CRO, or healthcare environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving abilities and excellent attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Statistical software: R, SAS, SPSS, Python, Stata.
• Advanced Excel and data‑handling capabilities.
