Branch Manager – Academic Admissions

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Peshawar supports clients through the academic admissions journey, from gathering requirements to preparing applications and providing timely follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their educational goals and guide them through the admissions process.
• Maintain accurate client records and coordinate with educational institutions as needed.
• Prepare, review, and submit application documents ensuring completeness and compliance.
• Respond to client inquiries in person, by phone, or via email, delivering a professional, client‑centered experience.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and assist with outreach activities and presentations.

Required profile

• Strong client service and relationship‑building skills with active listening and clear communication.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative team player who maintains confidentiality and professional integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Education, Counseling, Business, Social Sciences) or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in academic advising, student counseling, admissions or related consulting is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with common office software such as word processing, spreadsheets, email and presentation tools.
• Willingness to learn new systems and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
