Branch Manager - Fast Food Setup

About the role

Oresto Pizza, a growing fast-food business, is looking for a Branch Manager to lead its Gujranwala operation. This is an on-site leadership role suited to a hands-on manager who can keep high standards during busy service periods and build a dependable team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day branch operations, including opening and closing routines, service flow and shift coverage.
• Lead, schedule, coach and support front- and back-of-house employees.
• Maintain food quality, portion control, cleanliness and compliance with food safety procedures.
• Monitor inventory, place or coordinate replenishment orders and limit waste and operating costs.
• Handle customer concerns promptly and work with the team to improve the guest experience.
• Track sales, expenses, stock and staff performance, and prepare routine operational reports.
• Coordinate maintenance so equipment and facilities stay safe and ready for service.
• Implement company procedures and identify practical improvements as the business grows.

Required profile

• Experience managing or supervising a fast-food, restaurant or comparable food-service operation.
• Strong team leadership, staff scheduling, coaching and shift coordination skills.
• Working knowledge of food safety, hygiene, sanitation and quality-control practices.
• Ability to manage inventory, purchasing, stock rotation, portion control and waste reduction.
• Comfort with sales and cost monitoring, basic reporting and cash or point-of-sale procedures.
• Customer-service skills, including calm and practical resolution of complaints.
• Organized, accountable and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
