Branch Supervisor - Fast Food Setup

About the role

Oresto Pizza, a growing fast-food business, is looking for a hands-on Branch Supervisor for its Gujranwala location. The role is full-time and on-site, supporting daily operations so that service stays efficient, food quality is consistent, the workplace remains clean and safe, and customers have a positive experience. The supervisor guides the branch team and leads by example.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate opening, closing and daily branch activities to keep service running smoothly.
• Supervise, guide and schedule team members, support onboarding and give performance feedback.
• Monitor customer service, order accuracy, food preparation standards and timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Track stock levels, oversee receiving and storage, report replenishment needs and minimise waste.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety and workplace safety standards.
• Review sales, cash handling and shift records for accuracy and escalate operational issues to management.
• Help implement promotions and company procedures and suggest practical improvements to branch performance.

Required profile

• Experience supervising or coordinating a restaurant, café, fast-food or other customer-facing service team.
• Ability to assign tasks, organise shift coverage, coach staff and handle performance or conduct issues professionally.
• Strong customer service skills, including calm and constructive handling of complaints and order issues.
• Clear verbal communication, sound judgment, reliability and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of food hygiene, safe food handling, cleaning routines and service quality controls.
• Basic cash handling, point-of-sale operation, sales tracking and end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Inventory awareness, stock rotation, receiving checks and attention to waste control.
• Comfortable maintaining shift records and using basic digital tools for schedules or operational reporting.
