Branch Manager

About the role

Dawood Family Takaful Ltd is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead its Gujranwala office. This full‑time, on‑site position will drive daily operations, sales, and customer service while ensuring compliance with Shariah guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all branch activities, including sales, customer service, and administrative tasks.
• Lead, coach, and develop the branch team to meet performance targets.
• Set and monitor key performance metrics to achieve growth in Family Takaful products.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, community stakeholders, and business partners.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies and Shariah compliance.
• Prepare regular performance reports and manage the branch budget.
• Coordinate with regional and head‑office teams on strategic initiatives and campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in branch operations management, planning, and organization.
• Strong leadership with a track record of team supervision, coaching, and performance management.
• Sales and business development expertise, including target setting and pipeline management.
• Excellent customer service abilities and relationship‑building skills.
• Knowledge of Islamic financial principles and Takaful concepts, or willingness to learn.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision‑making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce or related field; master’s degree or professional certification is a plus.
• Prior experience in insurance, Takaful, banking, or financial services branch management is strongly preferred.
• Comfort with basic office software and digital tools for reporting and internal communication.
