Branch Manager – Operations & Sales Leadership

About the role

The Branch Manager will lead both operations and sales activities for the Karachi branch of Easypaisa Digital Bank. This role combines strategic planning, customer relationship management, and team leadership to achieve financial and service targets.

Key responsibilities

• Direct all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration and sales.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
• Identify current and prospective sales opportunities through market visits.
• Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.
• Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions to drive growth.
• Achieve KPIs and meet sales targets by managing the sales team.
• Coordinate with Operations/Risk to ensure timely loan disbursal while maintaining process integrity.
• Review credit worthiness and verify customer income and demographics.
• Ensure safety, security and maintenance of premises and branch records.
• Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations and applicable laws.
