Branch Ops Manager

About the role

The Branch Ops Manager leads a team of seven staff members to ensure smooth and efficient branch operations. This role focuses on achieving ambitious deposit targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage a team of 7 staff members, conducting regular performance reviews.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to reach deposit targets of 900 million–1 billion.
• Manage customer relationships, resolve inquiries promptly, and enhance satisfaction.
• Implement risk management procedures to identify and mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks.
• Monitor branch performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Ensure adherence to banking regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with other departments and branches on cross‑functional initiatives.
• Oversee daily operations, including cash management, account maintenance, and administrative tasks.
• Lead process‑improvement initiatives to boost productivity and client experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing branch or retail banking operations.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to meet large‑scale sales and deposit targets.
• Solid understanding of risk management and regulatory compliance in banking.
• Excellent analytical skills for performance monitoring and reporting.
