About the role
We are launching a modern, soulful scented candle brand and need a reliable, hands‑on right hand to support product development, operations and branding.
Key responsibilities
- Research and develop new products, scents, and materials.
- Source raw materials such as wax, jars, and packaging.
- Manage website orders and basic operational tasks.
- Assist in production, logistics and vendor coordination, including visits and follow‑ups.
- Communicate professionally with suppliers, vendors and customers.
- Coordinate with the social media marketing team to ensure consistent activity across Instagram, LinkedIn and the website.
- Support admin and creative tasks as the brand grows.
- Handle international correspondence with overseas suppliers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business Management, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience, ideally in e‑commerce.
- At least 1 year experience with branding & identity marketing and creative branding.
- Organized, proactive, reliable with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in English.
