Brand Manager – B2B Tech & Client Services

About the role

Meraki-IT is seeking a Brand Manager to lead its own brand presence while delivering brand‑management services to offshore clients in the US, UK and Australia. The role blends internal brand development for a fast‑growing software solutions company with client‑facing work for technology‑focused businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow Meraki‑IT’s LinkedIn and Instagram channels, develop a B2B social media strategy, and track performance metrics.
• Conduct brand audits for offshore clients, create positioning documents, and guide visual identity development with designers.
• Build and manage personal brands for client executives, including content strategy and platform presence.
• Monitor online reputation for both Meraki‑IT and clients, providing actionable recommendations to protect and enhance brand perception.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in brand management or digital marketing, preferably within a tech or software services environment.
• Proven success growing LinkedIn and Instagram accounts and delivering brand audits for English‑speaking offshore markets.
• Strong client‑management skills, able to present strategies, handle feedback and work across time zones independently.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable improvements.
