Digital Marketing Specialist - Performance Marketing, SEO & App Growth

About the role

E Technologies, a technology and media company, is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist covering performance marketing, SEO and app growth. The specialist plans, executes, manages and optimises digital campaigns, audience acquisition and app growth initiatives, and owns measurable results across web and mobile platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, run and optimise digital campaigns on web and mobile, including Meta Ads, Google Ads and remarketing
• Develop strategies for audience acquisition, app installs, engagement, conversions and retention
• Run campaigns to grow iOS and Android downloads and active users, and implement ASO for the App Store and Google Play
• Manage SEO, keyword research, competitor analysis and on-page optimisation
• Manage budgets, track CPA, CPI, CTR, CVR and ROAS, and prepare performance reports for management
• Support fundraising, donation and seasonal appeal campaigns, and work with design and dev teams on landing pages and funnels
• Conduct A/B testing, set up GA4, GTM and Meta Pixel tracking, and support email marketing and marketing automation

Required profile

• At least 4 years of professional experience in digital or performance marketing
• Proven experience managing paid ads and SEO, with at least two personal campaign examples in the CV or portfolio
• Strong analytical thinking, creativity, attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Professional English communication and copywriting

• Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO and GA4
• Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, UTM parameters and conversion tracking
• Performance marketing KPIs (CPC, CPA, CPI, CTR, ROAS, ROI)
• Nice to have: ASO, Google App Campaigns, Firebase Analytics, email marketing platforms, SEO tools and HTML/CMS
