Business Analyst

About the role

Enterprise64, a U.S.-based technology company serving startups through Fortune 500 companies, is hiring a Business Analyst. This is a customer-facing role working directly with key clients, collaborating with stakeholders, product management and development teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs and deliver digital solutions. The role uses business analysis, process improvement and product management skills, and includes the use of AI-assisted tools.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, document and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and turn them into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers and QA teams so requirements align with business goals.
• Prepare business process flows, wireframes and user stories; conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Develop and manage a product backlog with timely prioritization.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and give feedback on product improvements.
• Prepare reports, presentations and documentation for senior leadership and clients, and manage timelines and scope.
• Communicate with large and small project teams of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Use AI-assisted tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) to support requirements gathering, documentation and analysis, validating outputs before use.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or IT consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum teams and working with offshore teams.
• Fluent English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Requirement gathering tools such as JIRA, Confluence or similar.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools for business analysis, documentation or research.
• Process modeling knowledge (BPMN, UML) is a plus; data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) are a plus.
