Business Consultant – AI & EdTech Transformation

About the role

Aqovia is looking for a strategic Business Consultant to drive operational transformation for its large‑scale digital learning management system (LMS). You will align technical solutions with client objectives, improve user adoption, and ensure institutions are ready to leverage AI‑enabled EdTech platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct operational diagnostics and process‑mapping to integrate the LMS into educational institutions.
• Design and lead deployment strategies that maximise platform adoption and training utilisation across extensive user bases.
• Collaborate with senior administrators to realign local workflows with digital platform capabilities.
• Translate organisational requirements into structured roadmaps, service‑delivery patterns and target operating models.
• Prepare data‑supported business cases and change‑management reports for executive steering committees.
• Monitor post‑implementation metrics, identify bottlenecks and advise on optimisation.
• Mentor internal product teams on operational pain points and policy frameworks.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of progressive experience as a Business Consultant, Management Consultant or Strategy Specialist.
• Proven ability to map complex processes, analyse operational gaps and design enterprise‑grade operating models.
• Strong stakeholder management skills in multi‑layered corporate environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
