Business Developer – Europe & North America Expansion

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious, commercially driven Business Developer to accelerate the expansion of our premium audio and small domestic appliance brands across Europe and North America. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to partnership onboarding, and be responsible for delivering measurable commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through new account acquisition and expansion.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline 3–5× revenue targets via outbound prospecting, networking, trade events, LinkedIn outreach and market research.
• Identify, engage and secure partnerships with retailers, distributors, buying groups, marketplaces and e‑commerce platforms.
• Lead the complete sales process: prospecting, presentations, negotiations, onboarding and account launch.
• Drive entry into new territories and channels by executing market expansion initiatives.
• Negotiate commercial agreements that support long‑term growth.
• Create compelling presentations, sales pitches and proposals to position VQ and its licensed portfolio.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, category managers, distributors and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams to ensure successful partnership execution.

Required profile

• Ambitious and commercially motivated with a proven track record in business development or sales.
• Comfortable building opportunities from scratch and proactively opening doors.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with senior decision‑makers in international markets.
